Ticket reservation is final only after payment of the invoice.

Prices do not include VAT or any other taxes.

Cancellation policy

Please note that registered members who are unable to attend and do not cancel their registration at least one week prior to the event will be charged a €75 (excl. VAT) no-show fee. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to manage the event efficiently.

Replacement: You may at all times send a substitute. Notify the substitution by email at sales@avecom.be no later than the day before the start of the event. 

The conference organisation also reserves the right to change dates, the program and speakers without notice as a result of circumstances beyond its control.
